What should I prepare for the classes?

You may prepare an exercise mat, we encourage you to put on shoes and prepare some space for you to move around.

 

You will also need to prepare a set of dumbbells for our Strength Classes:

For Beginner:

2x dumbbells (500g – 1.5kg each)

 

For Advanced:

2x light dumbbells (1.5kg – 2kg each)

2x heavy dumbbells (2kg – 4kg each)

Do I need to buy a package to join a class?

Yes! Before you can buy a package and book a class, you need to create an account with us. You can sign up an account by clicking “Log in”.

How do I book a class?

Option A

1. Log in

2. Go to “Book A Class” page

3. Pick a Class that you would like to book and click “Book Now”

4. Pick a day that you want to book > Select A Time > Click “Next”

5. Review your booking details and Book It! You’re Booked!

 

Option B:

1. Log in

2. Go to “Schedule” page

3. Refer to our monthly schedule at the top of the page before booking a class

4. Choose the class according to the date and click “Book Now”

How do I get the Zoom link for the class that I have booked?

You will receive a Zoom link directly to your registered e-mail. Just click “Join Meeting” to join the class. You will be directed to the Waiting Room and will be admitted a few minutes before the class starts

When is the latest I can book a class?

You may book a class latest 10 minutes before the class starts.

How close to the start time can I cancel or reschedule my bookings?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming classes, please do it at least 30 minutes in advance to avoid losing your credit.

What happens if I do not show up for a class? Do I get a refund?

If you do not show up for a class, your credit will be forfeited.

How do I cancel a booked class?

Steps:

1. Tap on your profile picture

2. Under My Bookings, you will be able to see your booked classes

3. Click on the class that you want to cancel or reschedule

How can I check the remaining credits/sessions for my package? (If you are not on the monthly subscription)

Steps:

1. Tap on your Profile picture

2. Under My Subscription, you will be able to see your subscription plan and sessions remaining for your plan

How can I check the expiry date for my package?

Steps:

1. Tap on your Profile picture

2. Under My Subscription, you will be able to see your subscription plan and the expiry date of your plan

Can I request to cancel the package and ask for refund? And do you charge a cancellation fee? (Monthly subscription)

Yes, you can cancel and we do not charge a cancellation fee. When you cancel a recurring payment, such as a monthly payment, the purchased plan and payment does not continue for the next cycle (e.g. for the next month). You will still be able to enjoy the classes until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I request to cancel a pre-paid package and ask for refund?

You won’t be able to cancel a pre-paid package and it is not refundable.

Can I share my credits with my friends?

Credits are Non-shareable. Your friends or family will need to purchase a plan in order to work out together with you!

I’m a beginner, can I do all the classes?

Yes! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We will always provide a modification option if needed for a certain exercise. So, whether you are a beginner or a retired professional, Go Strong classes are definitely suitable for you!

Are there any age restrictions?

We do welcome all age group to join. However, age 15 below is advised to join with guidance by an adult.

Can I freeze my packages?

You are not able to freeze any of the package. However, you may drop us an email should you have any special request. Having said so, the option to freeze a package is at the sole discretion of the management.
